Selection Process
- For the selection, there is no written exam.
- On their academic performance in engineering degree candidates will be shortlisted.
- The cutoff marks will be based on the branch of engineering and the number of seats available.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a 5-day SSB Interview, which includes:
Stage I: Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) test and Picture Perception & Description Test (PPDT)
Stage II: Psychological tests, group tasks, and a personal interview to check leadership and analytical skills
- A medical checkup will be done for the selected candidates to ensure they meet the Indian Army’s physical and medical standards.
- The selection of the candidate depends on their performance in the SSB interview, medical fitness, and academic scores.
